du Thuit lived out at grass until 10
years old.
• 1995:
placed in the CSIP at Barcelona and Seville.
• 1996:
placed in the international events at Madrid
and Aix en Provence, 4th in the Championnat de
France D1 "Elite".
• 1997:
Vice Champion D1 Elite and, in horse qualifiers,
6th in the Championnat de France Minimes 4ème
catégorie at Le Touquet (top pony).
• 1998:
placed in the CSIP at Bourg en Bresse, and
Moulicent, where he was 1st in the GP
at the International, 2nd in the GP at Cluny,
3rd in the GP at Le Touquet, 7th in the GP French
Championships; he is shortlisted for the European
Championships.
• 1999:
won the international GP in Madrid, has
obtained many international placings at Le Touquet,
Auvers, Welkenraed and Diest (the last two in
Belgium). In national qualifiers, he was 5th in
the GP at Bourg en Bresse, 9th in the Championnat
de France GP Elite and is shortlisted for the
European Championships.
• 2000:
Winner of the D1 spéciale at Saint Lô,
2nd in the GP at Saint Etienne, Interregional
Vice-Champion Grand Ouest D1, 3rd in the GP at
the Normandie Horse Show Saint-Lô, 4th in
the Pro Am Saint-Lô, 5th in the B2 Chevaux
Bouleries Jump at Le Mans.
• Rococo
was retired at the age of 18 after an emotional
ceremony during the GP International at Le Touquet.
It was in Fontainebleau that he took part in the
final contest of his long career, with 2 jump-offs,
once again demonstrating his quality over jumps
and his will to win. From now on, he will be concentrating
on his career at stud.

the stud farm in 1999, Rococo du Thuit is a pony from
excellent bloodlines, very good tissues, style, and
endowed with exceptional spirit, character and fertility.
His offspring born in 2000 show promise: well structured,
bone, good limbs, very good movement, and mainly brown
bay coats. His first offspring are now 4 years old and
showing their father's style and quality of jumping.
